Senior Cheer Practice this week (8/17-8/19) Tuesday-Thursday from 6:30-8PM

Reminder: Sneakin' In Sneaker Delivery Wednesday 8/25!

Senior Cheer Team practice will start tonight (Tuesday 8/3) at 6:30PM at Locke Ave via the High Hill Road entrance. Please arrive on time and ready to warm up with your hair in a secure pony tail, t-shirt or tank top, shorts and sneakers, bug spray ON, towel/mat for stretching and water bottle (with your name).

Hi Ladies -

I'm so sorry I could not be at our last game for the senior boys. I heard you all did a great job and I'm so proud of you!

If you are able to attend practice this Tuesday from 6-7:30PM please let me know! We are going to practice with the other squads and cheer at the sophomore and junior playoff games. It will be a great opportunity for us to work on more stunting and help the younger squads with their sidelines.

If you would like to help decorate the locker room Wednesday night please note the blog post from Lisa Bruno.

We have earned a BYE for this weekend so we will not be cheering on Saturday. Our game schedule for the following weekend (11/21) will be determined the beggining of next week.

Due to the cold rainy weather and this crazy flu season I think it's best we cancel practice tonight. Please arrive at Pennsville at 6:15PM on Saturday 11/7, dress in full uniform, black leggings under your skirt. Please wear your hair in a pony tail. Arrive on time so we can prepare for the game accordingly.

TUESDAY - NO PRACTICE!!!!!

WEDNESDAY - 6:00- 7:30

THURSDAY - 6:00 - 7:30

Practice is canceled tonight, I have been home sick with the flu the past 3 days and Coach Gab has class tonight. 

Please arrive at Penns Grove field at 11:15AM on Sunday - directions are on the website. We will go over game captains and game line up at the game so please arrive on time. Please wear full uniform including leggings - even if you think it is too warm to wear them we will decide as a team so please have everything with you. Please wear your hair in a ponytail.
